Celebrating and Supporting Our Veterans
At the heart of Invite a Vet Foundation, founded by Marian Montgomery in honor of her father, Staff Sergeant Richard L. Webster Sr., is the mission to celebrate and support military veterans. In tribute to her father, who served in the United States Air Force during the Korean and Vietnam Wars, Marian established Invite a Vet to create spaces for veterans to share their stories and experience camaraderie outside of active service.
Invite a Vet Foundation hosts complimentary dinners and entertainment events, aiming to recreate the sense of belonging and enjoyment that organizations like the USO provide for active military members and their families. While not identical to the USO, Invite a Vet offers a similar service specifically for veterans, fostering community and recognition.
