All New Members begin to be recognized in Q1 as well. Exciting News From H7 Network Home Office
In an effort to elevate the power of recognition, the H7 Network Home Office unveils a new Recognition Program geared towards honoring the outstanding achievements of our Alpha Team Leads, Members, and H7 Connectors. Kicking off this quarter, our initiative is set to acknowledge the dedication and impact of these leaders, as well as the meaningful connections they foster.
Our recognition program highlights three (3) types of celebrations:
- Connect, Serve, and Ask™ Award: This award acknowledges Alpha Team Members and Connectors who demonstrate the Connect, Serve, and Ask™ methodology. These leaders stand out for their ability to forge meaningful connections and embody H7’s commitment to relationship-building.
- High-Engagement Meeting Leadership: Recognition will also extend to Alpha Team members who lead highly engaging meetings, consistently providing value to attendees and ensuring that members leave feeling fulfilled and enriched.
- Exceptional Small Group Facilitation: We celebrate leaders who excel in facilitating small groups, creating an environment where every participant feels seen, heard, and valued, particularly newcomers.
We invite members to fill out a form celebrating these extraordinary leaders, and through social media, we’ll share their outstanding achievements, further strengthening our community bond.

What’s more exciting is that in Q2 3, our recognition program will expand, becoming stronger and more inclusive by celebrating the entire H7 community.
