It was during this time that I absorbed the essence of what it truly meant to connect deeply, to serve wholeheartedly, and to, finally, ask with intention.

It wasn’t until January 2018, after countless conversations, that the light bulb flicked on, revealing the missing element. By August of that year, I had finally given a name to the process that I’d lived and breathed: Connect, Serve, and Ask™. This framework wasn’t an overnight miracle; it was a culmination of my experiences and a testament to the power of deliberate, honest one to ones.
