EMail Templates

Email templates are pre-designed layouts used to create emails quickly and consistently. Instead of designing every email from scratch, you can use a template as a ready-made structure and just update the content as needed.

Why use email templates?

Saves time: Reuse the same design for multiple emails.

Easy to edit: Just change the content without worrying about formatting.

Mobile-friendly: Templates are already designed to work on all devices.

a) Users can select an email template from the “Select Template” dropdown. This list includes both admin-level templates and templates created by users.

b) Managing User-Level Email Templates

To create and manage your email templates, click the “Manage Templates” link located next to the Select Template dropdown.
